Our Process
01 Prep
All the work is in the prep. We bring a concrete surface grinder to every job, no matter how old or new the concrete is. We will not epoxy any floor without first grinding down the concrete to reopen it’s pores.
Once the surface is properly prepared, a coat of 95% solids, Direct-to-Concrete pigmented epoxy will be applied. This epoxy coat eliminates the need for a separate primer coat, develops an incredible bond strength to concrete and is designed to eliminate moisture vapor emissions. A full broadcast blend of 1/4” acrylic flakes is applied on top of the epoxy coat.
02 Epoxy & Flakes
Now you’re ready for a coat of clear polyaspartic that will seal everything in and give your garage a beautiful finished look. Only a slow drying polyaspartic top coat allows for continuous rolling onto the flaked surface to provide the cleanest finish with only one application. No other top coat provides the same level of chemical resistance, hardness, abrasion resistance, and UV stability.
